VANTAGE POINT GUARANTEE

If for any reason, you are not 100% satisfied with a product you have purchased from us, you may return it within 30 days of purchase for exchange, credit, or full product refund. After 30 days, a 20% restocking charge is required (minimum $5.00 fee). Click here to view our return document. 

Please contact us immediately if your product was damaged in any way. Any delay in notification may result in claims being denied. For all other returns, please follow the instructions linked on this page. Refunds, credits, and exchanges are for product value only and do not include shipping costs. Equipment must be in manufacturer’s original packaging and be in sell-able condition. Complete form on reverse side and ship items in a sturdy box secured with heavy-duty tape and insurance if necessary. Special orders are excluded.

MANUFACTURER'S WARRANTY

Your Vantage Point Armory Compensators are guaranteed against defects in materials and workmanship not caused by normal wear, misuse, or improper maintenance as determined by Vantage Point. Proof of purchase is required. This warranty only covers authentic Vantage Point Armory Compensators for the original owner. Vantage Point reserves the right to substitute the discontinued product with one of similar style, function, or cost. If you believe you have purchased or received a defective product, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be obtained by submitting a warranty claim. All VPA warranty claims require a photo; claims submitted without photos will be rejected and you will be asked to resubmit a claim and include a photo. Items sent back without an RMA number will be refused and returned to the sender. DO NOT RETURN YOUR PRODUCT TO A RETAIL STORE OR ONLINE SELLER UNLESS DIRECTED TO DO SO BY Vantage Point Armory; Vantage Point reserves the right to determine whether an item is authentic or counterfeit and is covered by the manufacturer’s warranty upon receiving the product back for inspection. If a product is determined to be defective, it will be exchanged or replaced with the same product; if the same product is no longer available, a product of similar style/function/cost will be sent at the discretion of Vantage Point Armory. Vantage Point Armory will not be liable for any injuries or damages to any person, property, or equipment that is caused by misuse and/or improper maintenance of this product. This warranty does not apply to any compensator that has been subject to negligence, accident, damage due to improper use/installation/maintenance, modification or alteration, or any use other than normal personal shooting use. 

PRIOR TO USE, PLEASE READ AND FOLLOW ALL SAFETY INFORMATION AND INSTRUCTIONS INCLUDED WITH YOUR PRODUCT. FAILURE TO DO SO MAY VOID THIS WARRANTY.

• We only ship within the US, no International shipping.

• It is the customers responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided is correct and a secure location. Vantage Point Armory is not responsible for stolen packages after delivery.
